What is Owner Advantage Rewards?

Owner Advantage Rewards is a free membership program that rewards you for taking care of your vehicle. As a member, each time you purchase parts or service from your dealership, you'll be eligible to earn rewards and receive members-only bonuses and offers. Contact your dealer today to enroll.

Where can I find my member number?

When you enrolled, you received either a membership key tag or a welcome email which included your nine-digit Owner Advantage Rewards member number.

What should I do if I lost my member number or membership key tag?

No worries! You don't need a key tag to earn rewards, as long as you remind your Service Advisor that you are a member and would like to receive your rewards.

If you would like a replacement key tag, contact your dealer.

You can also go mobile and get instant access to your member information, service rewards balance, dealership information and more. From your mobile device, visit rewards.ford.com/mobile to get started. Be sure to have your member number handy.*

How much does it cost to join Owner Advantages Rewards?

Membership is free. We appreciate your business and want you to get the most out of your vehicle. That's why each time you purchase parts or service from your dealership, you'll be eligible to earn rewards and receive members-only bonuses and offers.

As a member, what will I receive?

Owner Advantage Rewards membership includes:

  • $10 enrollment bonus
  • 5% credit on parts and service purchases
  • Special oil change offers
  • All household vehicles count
  • Select service rebates rolled into rewards

Membership Support FAQs

My statement doesn't show my recent service appointment.How can I make sure I get credit on my Owner Advantage Rewards account?

Please allow three to five business days for your service appointment credit to show up on your account. If after that time you still don't see your credit, please contact the Service Advisor at your Owner Advantage Rewards dealership.

What can I do with my “service rewards”?

Service rewards can be applied toward future service visits at your Owner Advantage Rewards dealership. For more information, please refer to the Member Terms and Conditions.

I service my vehicle at more than one dealership. Can I use the same member number at multiple dealerships?

No, you'll need a different member number/Owner Advantage Rewards account at each dealership you visit. Rewards are not transferable between dealerships. To become a member at a participating Owner Advantage Rewards dealership, talk to your Service Advisor.

Can other members of my family use my member number?

Yes, members of a household can share a single Owner Advantage Rewards account. All account communications are sent to the primary account holder, which is usually the individual who enrolled.

Do all Ford and Lincoln dealerships participate in Owner Advantage Rewards?

At this time, not all Ford and Lincoln Dealerships participate in Owner Advantage Rewards. Find a participating dealer.

Why do you need my email address?

We'll send you updates about your rewards balances and let you know about the latest program updates, service reminders, and special promotions. Don't forget to provide—and confirm—your email address.

I just moved, can my rewards be transferred to a dealership in my area?

Rewards are not transferable between dealerships. To become a member at a participating Owner Advantage Rewards dealership, talk to your Service Advisor.

How do I add my information to my phone?

Stay connected and go mobile! Get your Mobile Member Card now. Have your member number handy, grab your smartphone or other mobile device and visit rewards.ford.com/mobile. Then enjoy instant access to your current service rewards balance, special offers and more.*
