Vehicle Health Alerts & Vehicle Health Reports are the key Owner resources in providing diagnostic, maintenance and recall information as well as recommended actions so that you can worry less about your vehicle’s well-being and better enjoy your time on the road.*

Let Vehicle Health Alerts and Vehicle Health Reports keep you updated on everything from general wear and tear to serious issues including but not limited to:

  • Your Oil Life and when you need to schedule an oil change
  • When it’s time to check or change important fluids and filters
  • Engine or Suspension evaluation requiring the expertise of a Ford technician
  • Changing brake pads that are running thin and impacting the ability to safely stop the vehicle

Vehicle Health Alerts & Vehicle Health Reports

It's vital to stay current on how your vehicle is performing and to make sure your operating systems are always up to date. SYNC® will help make this process easier by running a Vehicle Health Report.

By connecting your vehicle to FordPass™ through SYNC® AppLink you can receive Vehicle Health Alerts delivered directly to your phone. This will alert you to any problems with your vehicle, along with the severity of the concern and necessary steps to resolve it, so you never have to wonder what that warning light on your dashboard means again.  Alerts are accompanied with buttons to click to call Roadside Assistance or to call or schedule an online appointment with your preferred dealer. Additionally, you will also be able to schedule a Vehicle Health Report to be e-mailed at your preferred cadence, or you can choose to view on demand.

If your vehicle is equipped with SYNC® Connect, once activated, you’ll be able to see your Vehicle Health Alerts & Vehicle Health Report. 

If your vehicle is not equipped with SYNC Connect, connect your phone to SYNC AppLink and let the engine run for at least 60 seconds. 

After you have connected your phone to SYNC AppLink and your vehicle has collected the data, please log out of your Owner account, log back in, and return to this page to access your vehicle’s most up-to-date Vehicle Health Alerts & Vehicle Health Report.
