SYNC Services Subscriptions Discontinued - Frequently Asked Questions
On August 1, 2018, the SYNC® Services subscription service, along with the SYNC Destinations mobile app, was discontinued for 2008 through 2016 Model Year vehicles equipped with SYNC®, SYNC with MyFord, SYNC with MyFord Touch, or SYNC with Voice-Activated Navigation. If you subscribed to this feature, you can still take advantage of the many features available through your version of SYNC.
