How to identify your SYNC® version
Four versions of SYNC are available, including SYNC with MyFord Touch, depending on your vehicle’s model and year. Learn which version of SYNC you have.
Learn moreBy running a Vehicle Health Report (VHR) regularly, you can stay on top of the condition of your vehicle’s major components—such as oil life, engine and transmission, brakes and suspension, and fluid levels.
A VHR can help notify you when an urgent service may be required, as well as keep you up to date on your vehicle’s recommended maintenance and any open recalls. For convenience, a Vehicle Health Report also lists, your preferred dealer, if you’ve chosen one, and enables you to schedule service appointments with that dealer.
Think of a Vehicle Health Report* as a snapshot in time of the health of your vehicle. For example, vehicle diagnostics use actual engine and operating conditions to calculate when you need an oil change. A VHR can make taking care of your vehicle easier by letting you know when service is required and providing you with information you need to plan for your next dealership visit.
*Note: Aftermarket on-board diagnostic devices may interfere with various vehicle systems including Vehicle Health Report. To avoid interference, remove the device or contact the device maker for more information on compatibility.
