How to make your phone active in your SYNC owner account
You can make and receive calls with any Bluetooth®-enabled phone that is paired and connected to SYNC®. But to use SYNC Services* or to run a Vehicle Health Report, you'll need to make one phone active in your Ford Owner account. Only one phone can be active, but you can change it in your Owner account at any time.27,48,64,129
1. Access your mobile phone information in your account settings.
2. After you add a mobile phone number, you can then make it active
Remember to turn off call blocking on the active mobile phone before running a Vehicle Health Report or connecting to SYNC Services.
