What Connected Services options do I have for Ford electric vehicle charging?

Charging your Ford all-electric vehicle away from home has never been easier. As a Mustang Mach-E owner, you have access to the FordPass Charging Network – the largest public charging network in North America offered by automotive manufacturers. The network connects you to more than 16,000 charging stations, and that number continues to grow.* There’s no need to sign up for multiple charging networks. Ford gives you two years of complimentary access to the FordPass Charging Network for easy pay-for-use charging.

Your FordPass Charging Network access allows you to locate, activate and pay for charging through your FordPass App or through Plug & Charge. Plug & Charge allows you to automatically activate and pay for charging by simply plugging into a participating public charging station without having to use your smartphone or swipe a credit card. Once you’ve activated your FordPass Charging Network access, you can log into your FordPass App to toggle on the Plug & Charge feature. You’ll be able to see which charging stations are Plug & Charge capable by clicking on the charge station details in the FordPass App.

After the complimentary two-years of network access, you’ll be able to renew your access at ford.com/connectedservices.

Along with your FordPass Charging Network access, Mustang Mach-E owners will receive 250 kWh of complimentary charging through FordPass Rewards for use at Electrify America fast charging stations. Plus, you earn 22,000 Points to use toward maintenance or accessories.** Go to ford.com/connectedservices to activate your complimentary fast charging.
