How to identify your SYNC® version
Four versions of SYNC are available, including SYNC with MyFord Touch, depending on your vehicle’s model and year. Learn which version of SYNC you have.
Learn moreYour vehicle’s touchscreen and your FordPass™ App will provide you with real-time information about your Ford electric vehicle’s battery range, including nearby charging stations and low-battery alerts. But if you run out of charge on the road, we’re here to help.
If you happen to run out of charge, call Ford Roadside Assistance* and we’ll tow your vehicle to one of three locations (your choice within 35 miles): a public charging station, your home residence or a Ford EV-certified dealer within the US market. If you’re more than 35 miles from home, Roadside Assistance will tow your all-electric vehicle to the nearest charge station or Ford EV-certified dealer. This service comes with the purchase of your Mustang Mach-E and is good for the first 5 years or 60,000 miles.
*Roadside assistance is included for certain owners and available to everyone for a per-service fee. Ford reserves the right to change service details without obligations.
