What we'll do for your vehicle

WINCH OUT

If your vehicle becomes disabled or stuck, we will pull it back onto the road

Available within 100 feet (30 m) of a paved or county maintained road, no recoveries.

TOWING

We'll tow your vehicle to the nearest qualified Ford Dealership

Independent contractors, if not prohibited by state, local or municipal law, shall tow Ford eligible vehicles to an authorized dealer within 35 miles (56 km) of the disablement location or to the nearest authorized dealer. If a member requests a tow to a dealer that is more than 35 miles (56 km) from the disablement location, the member shall be responsible for any mileage costs in excess of 35 miles (56 km).

FUEL DELIVERY

We will bring you fuel if you run out

Independent contractors, if not prohibited by state, local or municipal law, shall delivery up to 2 gallons (8 L) of gasoline or 5 gallons (20 L) of diesel fuel to a disabled vehicle. Roadside assistance limits fuel delivery service to two no-charge occurrences within a 12-month period.

LOCK-OUT ASSISTANCE

We will unlock your vehicle if you are locked out

Key replacement is the customer's responsibility.

FLAT TIRE CHANGE

We will mount your spare if you have a flat tire, on site

Change with a good spare (except vehicles supplied with a tire inflation kit).

BATTERY JUMP START

We will jump start your vehicle if your battery loses its charge

And if we're unable to jump your battery, we'll tow your vehicle to the nearest qualified Ford Dealership.
