Customers are invited to participate in a survey administered by MaritzCX. The star rating you see is an aggregate from all customers who respond; the reviews are from customers willing to share their star rating and comment publicly with others. 

Customer Viewpoint ratings and reviews are provided by customers who have either purchased a vehicle or visited a dealership for service. MaritzCX, a third party supplier, administers the surveys on behalf of Ford Motor Company. 

MaritzCX moderates all public reviews prior to posting for standard purposes such as: defamatory remarks, profanity, fraud, comments focused on Ford products and not the dealership experience, and inclusion of private information such as customer full name or telephone number. Reviews are not moderated based on star rating or negative/positive comments, and Ford personnel and/or a dealerships cannot request the removal of a negative review.
