Receive Vehicle Health Alerts & Vehicle Health Reports through FordPass™ and SYNC® AppLink®

Set up Vehicle Health Alerts & Vehicle Health Reports to get important notifications about your vehicle.

By connecting your vehicle to FordPass through SYNC AppLink you can receive Vehicle Health Alerts delivered directly to your phone. This will alert you to any problems with your vehicle, along with the severity of the concern and necessary steps to resolve it, so you never have to wonder what that warning light on your dashboard means again. Alerts are accompanied with buttons to click to call Roadside Assistance or to call or schedule an online appointment with your preferred dealer.

Vehicle Health Alerts will display as in-app notifications or push notifications, if enabled. Vehicle Health Alerts may be related to:

  • Oil life
  • Engine, Transmission & Emissions
  • Brakes and Suspension
  • Restraints and Driver Assistance
  • Checks, Fluids and Filters

Additionally, you will also be able to schedule a Vehicle Health Report to be e-mailed at your preferred cadence, or you can choose to view one on demand.
