 Privacy Policy – Ford Motor Company’s U.S. Marketing Database


Ford Motor Company (“Ford”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This privacy statement explains Ford’s privacy practices related to personally identifiable information (e.g., name and e-mail address) that Ford receives through event and activity-related sources such as car shows and new product launch events, and business reply cards. Ford compiles such personally identifiable information in Ford’s U.S. Marketing database. How We Use the Personally Identifiable Information

We may use the personally identifiable information we have received, such as your e-mail address, to honor a subscription request. Ford will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Ford (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Ford; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Ford, its web sites, or the public.

We use systems, policies, and procedures to maintain accuracy of the personally identifiable information we receive and to protect it from loss, misuse, or alteration.

If You Unsubscribe From Email Marketing Materials

If you choose to unsubscribe from Ford, Lincoln or Mercury Division marketing emails, we will honor your request within 10 business days. You may continue to receive transactional emails related to your vehicle, which may include account balances and statements.
