Where can I find my Member Number?
When you enrolled, you received either a membership card or a welcome email which included your nine digit Owner Advantage Rewards® member number.
What do I do if I lost my Membership Card?
You don't need a card to earn rewards, as long as you remind your Service Advisor that you are a member and would like to receive your rewards. If you would like a replacement card, contact your dealer or Owner Advantage Rewards® Headquarters 1-866-58OWNER (1-866-586-9637), Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
How much does it cost to join Owner Advantage Rewards®?
Membership is free. It's our way of saying thanks for being a customer and taking care of your vehicle.

As a member, what will I receive?
Enrolled members will receive:
• $10 Enrollment Bonus toward a future service visit
• 5% Credit on all parts and service purchases that can be applied toward future service visits
• Every Vehicle in your household earns rewards, no matter what make or model
• Special Complimentary oil change offers.*
*Oil change disposal fees not included in some areas; taxes extra. Complimentary oil change(s) must be of equal or lesser value than the lowest price paid for paid oil changes purchased to earn the reward. For additional program information, including eligible vehicles, account balances or expiration dates, please review your account information on this site or contact your dealer.
My statement doesn't show my recent service appointment. How can I make sure I get credit on my Owner Advantage Rewards account?
Please allow three to five business days for your service appointment credit to show up on your account. If after that time, you still don't see it, please contact your Owner Advantage Rewards Dealership Service Advisor to have your account updated or call the Customer Support Center at 1-866-58OWNER (1-866-586-9637), Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
What can I do with my "Service Balance"?
Your Service Balance can be applied toward future service visits at the Owner Advantage Rewards Dealership to which you are a Member. For more information, refer to the Program Terms & Conditions.
I service my vehicle at more than one Dealership. Can I use the same Member Number at multiple Dealerships?
You must have a Member Number (account) at each Dealership that you visit. Rewards are not transferable between dealerships. Your Service Advisor can enroll you in Owner Advantage Rewards.
Can other members of my family use my Member Number?
Yes, members of a household can share a single Owner Advantage Rewards account. All account communications are sent to the primary account holder, which is usually the individual that enrolled.
Do all Ford and Lincoln Dealerships participate in Owner Advantage Rewards?
At this time, not all Ford and Lincoln Dealerships participate in Owner Advantage Rewards. You can find a list of participating dealers
Why do you need my email address?
Providing and confirming your email address allows us to notify you as you earn rewards and inform you of the latest program updates, service reminders and special promotions.
